Luis Peña-Lévano, Ph.D., is on the faculty of the Food and Resource Economics Department at the University of Florida. As a teacher, he has taught microeconomics, international trade and policy, environmental and natural resource economics, finance, contemporary issues in business and mathematics for economics. Peña-Lévano received the EAERE Award for the Best Paper Published in Environmental and Resource Economics During 2019 from the European Association of Environmental and Resource Economists. He is a member of the Global Trade Analysis Project and a guest editor for Choices magazine. Edward T. Dowling, Ph.D., has been a professor of Economics at Fordham University for more than 26 years and is currently chair of the department. He served as dean of Fordham College from 1982 to 1986. His main areas of professional interest are mathematical economics and economic development. Dowling is the author of Schaum’s Outline of Introduction to Mathematical Economics, Second Edition.
