Dr. Wang Yue received his Ph.D. degree from the Complex Systems Laboratory of the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2003. His major is control technology and control engineering, mainly focused in robot dynamics, multi-robot coordinated control and other fields. Since 2003, he has been mainly engaged in the research and development of the general agile platform for spacecraft, as well as the design, development and test of the overall and control system of new optical remote sensing satellites in China Academy of Space Technology. Over the years, he has devoted himself to the design of spacecraft systems, design of space-ground integration, autonomous mission management, autonomous health management, reliability design, real-time processing applications in space and other research directions. In addition, he has presided over or participated in the design and development of overall or control systems for more than 10 spacecrafts. He has won many national science and technology progress awards, and more than 10 patents.

Dr. Lexi Xu received his Ph.D. degree from the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, Queen Mary University of London, London, UK, in 2013. Dr. Xu is currently a Senior Engineer at China Unicom Research Institute, Beijing, China. He is also Senior Researcher of National Engineering Laboratory for Next Generation Internet Broadband Service Application.

Dr. Xu is a member of IEEE and ACM, and a China Unicom delegate in CCSA, ITU, ETSI. He has been involved in more than 40 big data research projects and network optimization projects. Dr. Xu has published more than 90 technical papers, and he serves on the Technical Program Committees (TPC) of 12 international conferences. His research interests include big data, self-organizing networks, network operation, and radio resource management in LTE-A/5G.

Ms. Yufeng Yan received her bachelor degree of Communication Engineering, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China in 2017. She had been worked as a communications engineer at Beijing Huanjia Limited, and engaged in Information System Integration. Her research interests include the next generation video coding standard.

Ms. Jiaqi Zou is currently pursuing her PhD's degree from the School of Information and Communication Engineering, Beijing University of Posts and Technology, Beijing, China. She is a student member of IEEE. Her research interests include video understanding and video enhancement. She has published several papers on conference.
