Starr Distinguished Professor of Finance and International Financial Services at Hofstra University, USA. He received a Stessin Prize for 'Outstanding Scholarly Publication.' Sean Stein Smith, DBA, CPA, CGMA, CMA is an Assistant Professor of Business and Economics at Lehman College, City University of New York, USA.
