Star Trek: Elite Force II, the action first-person shooter sequel to Star Trek: Elite Force, transitions players into the universe of Star Trek: The Next Generation. Once again, players assume the role of Alex Munro, leader of the Hazard Team. After being reassigned to the USS Enterprise, gamers must deal with Klingons, Romulans, Andorians, mercenaries, and several new races and aliens including a mysterious race of gruesome creatures. Players will explore strange new worlds, battle against both new and familiar civilizations and go on the most dangerous assignments in the galaxy. The battles will be fought inside starships, alien structures and space stations, deadly swamps, volcanic realms and other planet surfaces. The game sports several enhanced versions of the weapons from the original game, plus an entirely new arsenal. Missions also contain multiple paths for gamers to try, increasing replay value.
