This software for the Macintosh provides students in digital design with software for schematic entry and simulation. It supports independent learning through an intuitive interface featuring easy-to-use-drawing tools and simulation controls. The software shows the effect of circuit, input or device parameters changes on circuit activity. Students are able to create or edit devices without leaving the program through an integrated device or symbol editor. The software includes a library of basic logic primitives and 40 of the most common 7400-series of digital MIS devices. Additional libraries are available. It can also provide simulation of programmable logic devices and creates complete SPICE-format files for integrations with SPICE-based analog simulators.
