Who This Book Is For
Small business owners, webmasters, freelance web designers, and others looking to have more control over their web content, save money by using a platform that charges for just the services you use, or grow the stability of their website by making it highly available, fault tolerant, and easily deployed; those looking to learn more about AWS Web Hosting options in general.
Jason Nadon started creating web content back in the days of Bulletin Board Systems (BBS). His interest eventually led him to join a company providing complex Internet-hosted tax and accounting applications and he has enjoyed growth with that same company for the past 17 years. He has held positions as a Web Analyst, Web Services Administrator, Web Project Lead, IT Project Manager, Customer Systems Infrastructure Manager, and is currently the Lead Analyst on the Development Operations team. He has been the technical reviewer for six web-related book titles published by Apress. He founded the Ann Arbor, Michigan Macromedia User Group and participated in the Macromedia/Adobe MAX conferences from 2001 to 2005. Most recently Jason's focus has shifted to Amazon Web Services and Cloud Infrastructure and he is helping extend on-premise Data Center environments to better serve customers.
