The quantity of storm water on AL -Shifa Hospital is heavy and concentrated in a short time. This study applies a holistic view for the potential of managing harvested storm water within Al-Shifa Hospital. Different options for storm water management in Al-Shifa hospital were investigated based on quantified storm water quantities, namely (1) storage approach to support direct residential uses, (2) storage approach to support irrigation, and (3) combination between irrigation and artificial recharge. Storm water quality tests were carried out as a possible constrain regarding reuse options. Generally, the quality of the harvested rainwater, according to the experiment results done on samples, taken from different buildings in the hospital, is good and satisfies with the local and international standards for the beneficial usage except for drinking water, al the samples were taken after the first flushing .The quality of the collected storm water samples is acceptable in many parameter as COD, TDS, PH and heavy metals.
