He holds a Master of Science degree in adult education from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in vocational�technical education from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Mr. Taylor has taught machine trades and blueprint reading courses at the Erie #1 Board of Cooperative Education Center (BOCES), Howard G. Sackett BOCES Vocational Center, and Jamestown Community College, in New York State.
