In the past he has used LabWindows/CVI to test embedded software for the engine control unit on Delta IV rockets, to create applications for laser beam alignment, and to control and diagnose automatic test equipment. He is the author of LabWindows/CVI Programming for Beginners (0-13-016512-3), also published by Pearson PTR.
