ERIC MONK is currently em-ployed as a software engineer with Versatility, Inc., in Fairfax, Virginia, developing web-based CPI products. After developing Windows-based products for a number of years, he has switched to programming in Java. MARTIN SNYDER is a Senior Software Engineer for OneWave, Inc., in Boston.
