Practical Data Refresh using Enterprise Manager 12c is a task-oriented book taking you through the different ways you can refresh data from one Oracle database to another, using the Enterprise Manager 12c product suite to automate the different processes, making them error-free, repeatable and manageable. You will learn the differences between full and thin clones, along with the different methodologies that are required in each case we examine. By the time you have read this book, you will gain a full understanding of when and how to use each of the different data refresh mechanisms, and be able to use Enterprise Manager 12c to be able to perform the necessary steps to refresh your Oracle databases. You will also have an understanding of the bigger picture, since simply cloning from one database to another is not the end of the story.
