Questions and answers on this set of more than 450 flash cards encompass four general statistics-based themes: exploratory analysis, planning a study, probability, and statistical inference. New to this edition are 50 extra multiple-choice questions that cover all topics.

The cards measure 4 1/2" x 2 3/4" and have a punch-hole in one corner that accommodates an enclosed metal key-ring-style card holder. The ring allows students to arrange the flash cards in any sequence that suits their study needs. A valuable study aid, whether used alone or in tandem with Barron's AP Statistics review book. BONUS! An exclusive online exam included with the purchase of the flash cards.

Dr. Martin Sternstein is a long-time College Board consultant and has been a Reader and Table Leader for the AP Statistics exam for many years. He has strong interests in national educational and social issues concerning equal access to math education for all. For two years, he was a Fulbright Professor in Liberia, West Africa, after which he developed a popular "Math in Africa" course, and he is the only mathematician to have given a presentation at the annual Conference on African Linguistics. He also taught the first U.S. course for college credit in chess theory. Dr. Sternstein and his wife live in a house they designed and built with their own hands with the help of many of the math faculty. They have five delightful grandchildren.
