Ben Chang (El Cerrito, CA) is a 10-year veteran at Oracle Corp. who currently heads the CORE and XML Development Group as a Senior Development Manager. During his tenure at Oracle, in addition to working on Oracle6 through Oracle8i releases, he served the longest tenure as a release manager for Oracle 8.0, spanning five releases (8.0.2 - 8.0.5). He also served three years as chait of Oracle's C Coding Standards Committee, releasing two major revisions of the 200+ page standards. Mark Scardina: (San Franciso, CA) has been with Oracle since 1998 and is the Senior Product Manager for the CORE and XML Development Group. In support of Oracle's XML development effort, Mark is a frequent speaker at industry trade shows and conferences. He is also Oracle's representative on the W3C's XSL Working Group and Sun's JavaX Expert Group. Stefan Kiritzov: is a Principal Member of the Technical Staff in the CORE and XML Development Group at Oracle. He has 18 years of experience in developing systems software. He holds an MS and BS in Mathematics from Kliment Ohridsky University in Bulgaria.
