New Riders ExamGear Software provides readers with a training and testing situation that is remarkably similar to the actual testing scenarios. This allows the user to become familiar with the look, feel, and pressure of a timed, computer-delivered exam. Users can choose between three simulation modes: 1) Adaptive Exam- Users can NOT mark questions and return to them later and students may pass or fail after only 20 questions. 2) Practice Exam: tests users on the same number of questions and in the same time limit as the Microsoft exams. Students are graded by objective and they will see which areas need improvement. They learn and understand why they got a question wrong. 3) Study Mode: This option allows users to see multiple-choice questions, select answers and view correct answers. Users can eliminate questions they have already answered correctly. ExamGear includes built-in access to certification-related discussion groups hosted on New Riders¿ website, www.newriders.com.
