Kruse is a nationally known consultant and speaker and the recipient of the American Society for Training & Development's Blue Ribbon for Instructional Technology and the International Society for Performance Improvement's Award of Excellence. His clients have included Merrill Lynch, Johnson & Johnson, Prudential, and the American Management Association. He lives in Newtown, PA. JASON KEIL, a graduate of Rutgers College, is an instructional designer at Raymond Karson Associates. His TBT designs are being used at BASF, Delta Airlines, Liberty Mutual, and Wyeth--Ayerst, among others.
