Doug Sahlin is an author, photographer, and videographerliving in Lakeland, Florida. He is also the president of SuperbImages, Inc., which is a wedding and event photography andvideography company. He has written or co-authored 20 books ongraphic, Web design, and video-editing and imageeditingapplications, including 50 Fast Digital Video Techniques andPhotoshop CS2 for Digital Photographers Only. While workingon his books, Doug has produced commercial photographs and video ofactors, authors, architecture, automobile races, fashion models,food, landscapes, and products for his clients. His work has takenhim from coast to coast and north to south, and has been seen inprint and on the Web. Chris Botello is a Photoshop artist and graphic designerliving in Los Angeles, where he works as a retoucher and finisheron movie posters and marketing campaigns for the motion-pictureindustry. Chris began his career in the graphic arts as print productionmanager for Premiere magazine. He designed movie posters forMiramax Films and was the art director for Microsoft's launchof sidewalk.com/boston. Chris is the author of a successful series of books on AdobePhotoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for Thomson Course Technology.When not working, Chris loves to travel and gets the opportunity todo so as a guest instructor for Crystal Cruise Lines.
