During his tenure at Nestle, he held various positions in industrial engineering and information technology. Joe graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and was the 1981 recipient of the General Omar Bradley Award as the Academy's number one mathematics major. He has been a Microsoft 'Most Valuable Professional' for eight years in a row.
