The available work shows how a website can be used as an information platform in consideration (Legislation) for the Act on Equal Opportunities for Disabled.
There are different ordinances using an open source web content management system such as BITV Barrier Free Information Technology.

The question is how the content management system "TYPO3" can develop barrier free websites.
