Es geht – trotz des eventuell irreführenden Titels – nicht um RAD im Sinne von grafischen Designern und intelligenten Tools. „Rapid Development“ ist stattdessen ein Buch, das am ehesten im Bereich von Projektmanagement anzusiedeln ist, wobei der Fokus nicht auf abstrakten Ideen liegt, sondern auf ganz konkreten Hinweisen um Stolpersteine in Softwareprojekten zu vermeiden. Ich finde, dass es sich dabei um ein Buch handelt, das jeder, der kommerziell Software entwickelt, gelesen haben sollte.
