Introducing the incredible sequel to Kavithri, a hard-boiled fantasy filled with mobsters, necromancers and bone-crunching battles.
Kavi is unique - 'blessed' by the jinn, capable of terrible magical feats - and she has made it her mission to build a better future for her people, who have lived as outcasts for decades. That future looks closer than ever when Kavi assumes control of the unassuming Imperial Rickshaw Company.
Until it is brutally taken away from her by the notorious mobster Grishan, a man more dangerous than Kavi could ever expect.
Soon thrust into Raaya's criminal underworld as an enforcer, bouncer, boxer - Kavi is made to do Grishan's brutal bidding under the threat of what he might do to her people. But there's only so much Kavi can take. Only so far she can bend.
And when Kavi eventually breaks, whatever it costs her . . . there's going to be hell to pay.
