David Hackbridge Johnson is a composer and performer of classical and jazz music. Three CDs of symphonic works have been issued by Toccata Classics and Steinway has brought out a CD of his solo piano music. In 2023 Welsh National Opera gave to premiere of his opera, Blaze of Glory!, to considerable acclaim. His poetry has been appearing in magazines for some time.
