Returning from a trip to one of the tax havens where the mafia hides its money, Breska decides to go against the tide and breach the code of silence, trapped between the two government agencies, who hope to gather enough evidence to gain a conviction against the mob by a popular jury. It is the first time in Mafia culture that their consigliere wishes to breach the omerta.
