Anyone who holds all three Empire Gems must be pure of heart. If not, the black light will come and destroy all life known to he who holds them, unless the whitestone is sealed within.' The Empire Gems are handed to Berengar when he becomes emperor. They bestow their custodian with absolute power, but with conditions so dangerous, Berengar has them locked away in a dungeon until his triplet sons inherit them, along with the three kingdoms that once made up his empire. Many years later, the people of Tyrunia find their clan under threat as the now-immortal King Sable endeavours to reunite the gems and the empire, gaining for himself supreme power. The battle to save their clan and the remaining kingdom commences. Can the ancient curse be broken? Or will Sable the Black rule the evil empire, as he swore to?
