John Robertson is Heart of Midlothian's all-time leading goal-scorer, for which he is revered. However, it is his twenty-seven derby goals against city rivals Hibernian that earned him the name 'The Hammer of Hibs' and saw him propelled into the folklore of Heart of Midlothian. Although it could so easily have been John Robertson of Hibernian FC, no other Hearts player has punished Hibernian in the same way as Robertson.
