Gutter doesn't hold to any particular political outlook but wholeheartedly believes in the power of the creative imagination to challenge the status quo.Since its inception Gutter has been first to publish work from a wide range of acclaimed emerging novelists and poets including Pippa Goldschmidt, Deborah Andrews, Barry Gornell, Kirsty Logan, Helen Sedgwick, Mary Paulson-Ellis and many others.
