Peter Augustine Lawler is professor of political science at Berry College in Georgia. Robert Martin Schaefer is assistant professor of political science at the University of Mobile. They are the editors of The American Experiment: Essays on the Theory and Practice of Liberty (Rowman & Littlefield, 1994.)
