William Forsythe

A study of the American classical ballet choreographer William Forsythe. It contains primary source material as well as the perspectives of dance and cultural critics, a list of Forsythe's works up to 1998, and rehearsal and performance photographs of rarely-seen works.

First Published in 2000. Choreography and Dance: An International Journal is concerned with the composition of ballet and related forms of dance performed on stage. The journal covers the techniques and training of choreographers, and the development of choreography together with historical, social, folk and other influences on dance.
