Jean Grastorf is the author of the book Pouring Light, Layering Transparent Watercolor, released in 2005 by North Light. She has taught and exhibited throughout the world. In her workshops, she demonstrates poured watercolour washes to create the illusion of light while retaining the white of the paper, showing how to balance "chaos" and "control".
