Robert Christgau is the author of the collections Growing Up All Wrong and Any Old Way You Choose It. He is a contributing editor at Rolling Stone and a music critic for NPR's "All Things Considered". He lives in New York City. Daphne Carr is a music journalist, critic and scholar who is pursuing a PhD in ethnomusicology at Columbia University. She is the author of Pretty Hate Machine and her work appears regularly in the Associated Press, Village Voice and other publications. She lives in Los Angeles.
