Steve Vidler has been travelling virtually non-stop for over 50 years, dedicating his life to photographing all four corners or the globe and claims the world as his studio. “Hampshire - A Pictorial Journey” is his thrid book in this series. Some of his other titles include four London coffee table books, China, Thailand, Singapore, Switzerland, Hong Kong and Portugal to name but a few. With bases in London and Tokyo he is considered one of the world’s most successful and prolific independent travel photographers. Diana Leppard has worked in the world of photography for most of her career, commissioning imagery from around the world and later helping to create what continues to be one of Britain’s largest and most popular annual photography competitions. Now a freelance writer, this is her third project with Steve Vidler, the first being a book on London. She also presents an arts show for community radio.
