Gross before Grosz. The Early Years

This catalogue is dedicated to the emergence of the brilliant young artist Georg Ehrenfried Gross - which is Grosz' birth name. The youthful Gross had a ways to go before changing his name to "George Grosz" and becoming the most popular and sharp-tongued chronicler of the Weimar Republic.
