A photograph is often accompanied by a caption. If it is so that the imagery is a means of communication on its own, it seems absolutely superfluous to enclose captions. Different processes seem to be behind this general effort of densification of images. This book presents some images, postcards, as I like to think about them. And there are no captions.

Uffe Berggren, born 1947, has previously published a couple of literary titles via print-on-demand. Uffe has published some photo-books and a couple of novels and some books with short stories (all in Swedish, though).. In Uffes background there is a professional life as a journalist.
