Edward F. Polic (BSEE, Illinois Institute of Technology; MBA, University of Chicago) has worked with liquid scintillation systems, plasma products, and sputtering systems for the production of integrated circuits at Packard Instrument Co., Perkin-Elmer Corp., and Gryphon Products. He is President of Advanced Instrument Development, a firm that develops and manufactures products for the x-ray industry. This ongoing Glenn Miller project has been a 40-year labor of love for him.
