Royal Tours

A unique photographic record of over 60 royal tours by one of Fleet Street's foremost photographers. It includes many familiar pictures, and others which have never been published before. In the accompanying text, the author gives his own account of the tours. Freddie Reed, MBE, worked for the "Daily Mirror" for over 50 years as chief photographer, art editor and picture news editor. He has twice been voted Royal Photographer of the Year and was six times runner-up for the British Press Photographer of the Year award.
