A warm, joyful and comforting tale of nature, growth, learning and above all, the way love can pick us up when we fall. The perfect cosy picture book to share at bedtime.
Will I fall? asked the snowflake.
Yes, but you will cover the world in soft, white wonder.
Will I fall? asked the raindrop.
Yes, but you will fill streams and ponds with freshness and life.
Will I fall? asked the seed.
Yes, but new shoots will soon show from the place where you land.

Join one little girl and her father as they explore the wonders of the natural world and the changing seasons. This beautiful story about mindfulness and living in the present moment is perfect for soothing worries.

Helen Mortimer (Author) Helen Mortimer has always loved words. After graduating, she placed her foot on the bottom rung of the publishing ladder and enjoyed every step of the climb until she had a fine view of the world of picture books! Her last position was at Oxford University Press where she worked for fifteen years, looking after authors and illustrators such as Lauren Child, Brian Wildsmith, Korky Paul, David Roberts and Fiona Woodcock. Since leaving Oxford University Press, Helen has relished having more time to write. She has written many books for children, including The Winter Wish, illustrated by Rachel Dean, and Omar and the Bees, illustrated by Katie Cottle. When not writing, Helen uses her skills as a freelance editor, working for a wide range of publishing clients. She lives in rural Oxfordshire. Carolina Rabei (Illustrator) After attaining a BA in Graphic Design in Moldova, Carolina received a distinction in Children's Book Illustration from the prestigious Cambridge School of Art. Carolina's stunning debut picture book illustrating Walter de la Mare's poem, Snow (Faber), was published to critical acclaim, nominated for the esteemed Kate Greenaway Medal, and featured on The Independent's list of '11 Best Books for 4 to 7-Year-Olds'. Carolina went on to illustrate more of de la Mare's work for Faber: The Ride-by-Nights, Summer Evening and Silver.
