Providing a graded, card-based reading-comprehension programme, this pack consists of 80 four-page cards in colour, a teacher's guide containing notes and photocopiable activity sheets, and an audio-cassette. It has been devised specifically to meet the requirements of the revised Orders.

Providing a structured and graded, card-based reading-comprehension programme, this pack consists of 80 four-page cards in colour, a teacher's guide containing notes and photocopiable activity sheets, and an audio-cassette. The cards aim to stimulate children towards further independent reading of at least some of the texts to which they have been introduced, including poetry, fiction, information and non-fiction. The pack has been devised specifically to meet the requirements of the revised Orders.
