At a children's competition in China, the teddy bear of the winning participant is manufactured. They embark on a journey to Europe, traveling on a massive ship. Although they all look similar, their individual personalities unfold differently. In Amsterdam, they suddenly encounter a magical fairy who grants them a heartfelt wish. As a gift, the teddy bears receive a secret home that can only be found by children who dream of them because even teddy bears need someone by their side!

René Burkhard, born on February 13, 1958, is a talented author who resides in Niederhasli in the beautiful canton of Zurich. Originally, he worked as a business teacher for 24 years before deciding to make a career change and pursue his passion for writing. Since then, he has published three books. Despite his successful career as a writer, René Burkhard is also a devoted father. He has two wonderful daughters and is a proud grandfather of three grandchildren. As a family-oriented person, he understands the importance of teddy bears for children and how much they cherish them. René Burkhard himself has a teddy bear from his childhood, which still proudly sits in his living room. This deep connection to teddy bears and the memories of his own childhood have inspired him to embrace and bring to life Monica Becker's charming idea. With his creative approach and loving writing style, René Burkhard captures the warmth of teddy bears and takes children on magical adventures. His unique perspective on the world of teddy bears not only brings smiles to children but also reignites the childlike joy and excitement in adults for these special cuddly toys.
