Charlotte Pearl is an award-winning designer, artist and author. She Lives in London with her husband Rufus, four children. One dog. Two cats. She is an author for Leonora Bamford's family and lifestyle platform mybaba.com and is a freelance writer, illustrator and designer for companies such as Harrods, Soho House group, The Natural History Museum, Thomas Pink, The Haven Trust, Breast Cancer Campaign and John Lewis, amongst others. She is very proud to have worked with Great Ormand street Hospital to create an original illustration for the charity.Charlotte is passionate about the environment and was commissioned to create the 'Queen Bee' design for a range of clothing and products for the Bumblebee Conservation TrustAfter graduating from Exeter University she started her working career in fashion PR at Mary Portas's agency, Yellow Door. Whilst working in Vogue House she hand-stitched a handbag that was selected by Harrods and featured in Vogue.Which is when she decided to set up the business properly. She co-founded 'Pink Lining' with her husband Rufus, winning several design awards for the brand which sold internationally in London, New York, Paris, Tokyo, with the designs spotted in major feature films and worn by celebrities. Subsequently Charlotte and Rufus have sold Pink Lining to their distributor.(this is a very sped up version of events)
