Set yourself free, spread out your wings, all that you needis already withinyourself.Divided into three chapters, "Set yourself free and fly away" is a poetry book about mindfulness, emotions and about noticing the calm and restless ups and downs of life. The intention is to encourage you and give you a little more to think about and a little less to worry about. If those poems make you feel understood while you're feeling down, or cheer you up while you're looking for motivation, I hope you can make good use of it.Oh, and since this is my only chance to ever write something like this: This is my debut book. :)

Amanda Lou has been writing poetry and music ever since she got a guitar for her 15th birthday. Now she is 21 and has collected lots of poetry during those years. Finally she begins to publish her books and makes a dream come true. :) Her poems are mostly in English and the themes her poems are about are self-esteem, self-worth, (self-)love, happiness, hurt, mental health and last but not least her own thoughts, struggles, feelings and experiences. You might also find her on instagram (@autumnleaves.poetry). Sometimes she even uploads something there. :P Oh, right, and lastly: I know her pretty well and she wouldn't admit it, but secretly she's very happy about reviews and feedback. :) Honestly, that's what keeps writers going!
