In search of a playmate, Steff explores his home’s surroundings and finds a friend with whom he has nothing - and yet everything - in common. He meets a snake that looks exactly like his trunk, so Steff thinks he's looking at a trunk that has lost its head and body. Together, the two set out to find the supposed elephant's body, discovering the diversity of their world's fauna and despite their differences developing a close friendship.
