“The final masterpiece from one of the greatest storytellers and illustrators of all time” – David Walliams

“Is there a more perfect children’s writer for this generation than Judith Kerr?” Spectator

“A lovely conclusion to [Judith Kerr’s] life in books” Evening Standard

“Funny [and] poignant” The Times

It all started with the school rabbit…

Snowflake is the school rabbit, and Snowflake is TROUBLE.
At least that’s what Tommy thinks. And when Snowflake unexpectedly comes to stay just before Christmas and EVERYTHING starts to go wrong, it looks like Tommy might be right.

With a sick sister left in bed, a snobby actor left with suspiciously damp trousers, and no rabbit anywhere to be seen, Tommy and his family may just be DOOMED.
Is Tommy suffering the curse of the school rabbit? Or can all this bad luck turn good in the end?

A fantastically funny and exquisitely illustrated young fiction title from much-loved author and illustrator Judith Kerr.

Judith Kerr OBE was born in Berlin. Her family left Germany in 1933 to escape the rising Nazi party, and came to England. She studied at the Central School of Art and later worked as a scriptwriter for the BBC.   Judith married the celebrated screenwriter Nigel Kneale in 1954. She left the BBC to look after their two children, who inspired her first picture book, The Tiger Who Came to Tea. Published in 1968 and never out of print since, it has become a much-loved classic and perennial bestseller.   Judith was awarded the Booktrust Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016, and in 2019 was named Illustrator of the Year at the British Book Awards. Judith died in May 2019 at the age of 95, and her stories continue to entertain and delight generations of children.
