Secrets

This compendium of exciting and fun games has a few secrets hiding within it, and here is how you can get your stylus on them.

World Balloon

Let's start with the hidden games, which will boost the list of all time classics up to the full 42. First, to unlock the World Balloon game for free mode, you need to complete Level 1 in Stamp Mode.

Ludo

To unlock Ludo for free mode, simply complete the second level in Stamp Mode.

Field Tactics

In order to unlock Field Tactics for free mode, you need to complete Level 3 in Stamp Mode.

Shogi

And for Shogi, you have to complete Level 4 in Stamp Mode.

Aqua Design

By making progress through the various games, you can unlock new designs as well. For instance, by winning at 10 of the different card games, you'll unlock the Aqua design.

Bamboo Design

For the Bamboo design, simply win 5 times at Mahjong Solitaire.

Brick Design

To unlock the Brick design, you need to earn 50 wins in the various card games.

Cloth Design

For the Cloth design, simply earn 5 wins on the different card games.

Digital Design

In order to unlock the Digital design, you have to earn 15 wins on any one game.

Fall Design

To unlock the Fall Design, you must win 10 times at Koi-Koi.

Marble Design

For the Marble Design, you need to win 30 times at the various card games.

Mum Design

To unlock the Mum design, you must earn 10 wins at Mahjong Solitaire.

Paper Design

For the Paper Design, successfully win 10 times at any of the games.

Plum Design

To unlock the Plum Design, you have to win 15 times at Mahjong Solitaire.

Space Design

For the Space Design, successfully win 40 times at the various card games.

Stone Design

To unlock the Stone Design, you need to win any game 5 times.

Summer Design

For the Summer Design, successfully win 5 times at Koi-Koi.

Winter Design

To unlock the Winter Design, you have to win 15 times at Koi-Koi.

Wood Design

And for the Wood Design, earn 20 wins at the various card games.

Advance Wars: Dual Strike

Secrets

My secrets allow you to unlock two hidden missions and some extra characters within the game. Perform the relevant action to unlock each one.

Mission 11

In order to unlock Mission 11, you have to successfully capture the city over to the east of your headquarters during Mission 10 of the game. Only when you've done this will you be able to access Mission 11.

Mission 14

And to unlock Mission 14, you must successfully capture the city over in the northeast corner during Mission 13. After making this capture, the 14th Mission will become available for selection.

Bonus Characters

Finally, to unlock the additional characters Adder, Candle and Chakka, you need to successfully complete Mission 26 in the Normal Campaign mode of the game. When this has been done, all three characters will become available for purchase from Hachi. Adder will set you back 1000 points, while Candle and Chakka cost a more expensive 3500 points each.

Rewards and Extras

Performing certain actions in the game can earn you a variety of rewards and extras. Here's what

you get, and how you get them:

Boondox Feathers

In the town of Boondox, you can unlock a number of different coloured feathers. This is done by donating bells to the town. It starts simply enough with 10,000 Bells getting you a green feather, but goes up as far as 6.4 million Bells getting you a Rainbow Feather. In-between, you can earn Blue, Yellow, Red, Purple and White feathers for 200,000, 500,000, 800,000, 1.1 million, and 1.4 million Bell donations respectively.

Fireworks and Party Poppers

If you want to get Roman Candles and Sparklers, you have to speak to Tortimer during a Fireworks Show. These take place every Saturday in August, between 7pm and 12pm. Talk to Tortimer between these times, and you'll get both the Roman Candles and the Sparklers. If you talk to him on New Year's Eve, he'll also give you some Party Poppers!

Four Leaf Clover

While pulling out clovers seems like an annoying task at times, it's worth persisting with. Though the chances of it happening are rare, you may well find a four leaf clover! If you find one of these, wear it in your hair in order to give your character good luck.

Snowman Set

Some of the rarest items in the game come from the snowman set. To get one of these, roll up some of the snowballs that you see lying around, and then push one of them onto another. They will combine to form a snowman. The snowman will then send you a rare item from the snowman set the next day, as a way of saying thank you.

House Expansion

By paying off debts within the game, you can earn various upgrades for your house. The first house expansion comes when you've paid of a 19,800 Bell debt, with a second received when you've paid off a 120,000 Bell debt. To then get an Upstairs Room, a Left Room, Right Room and Back Room, you may pay off debts of 298,000 bells, 598,000 bells, 728,000 bells, and 848,000 bells respectively.

HRA Models

Earning points in the game will get you a bonus from the HRA. For 70,000, 100,000 and 150,000 points, you'll be sent various models of your house. You can also get a model of the museum if you're the room-mate that donates the most money to it after it has been built.

Nook's Cranny Upgrades

More bell spending will allow you to upgrade Nook's Cranny in the game. Spend 25,000 bells at the store so that it can upgrade to Nook 'n' Go, or 65,000 bells to allow it to upgrade to Nookway. If you spend 240,000 bells and have a friend shop at the store, it will upgrade to Nookingtons.

Post Office Savings

Let's finish off with a few cool items that you can earn by saving your bells at the Post Office. Set up an account there, and there you'll get a Box of Tissues after saving 1,000,000 Bells, a Piggy bank for 10,000,000 bells, Pelly's Pic for 100,000,000 bells, Phyllis' Pic for 500,000,000 bells, and a model of the Town Hall for 999,999,999 bells.

Asphalt: Urban GT

Secrets

By winning set races throughout the game, you can unlock additional vehicles and extras. Championships labelled in orange are the ones that will reward you with vehicles.

2005 Corvette C6

To get the 2005 Corvette C6, simply win the Urban Performance Cars race. You might also like to know that this car can be sold for $500 more than you pay for it. By repeatedly buying and selling this vehicle, you can earn a fair amount of extra money.

Audi TT

To unlock the Audi TT, simply win the Urban Sports Cars race.

Evo Kit 1

For the Evo Kit 1, you need to win the V10 Rage race.

Ford Cobra Concept

To get a Ford Cobra Concept, simply win the Performance Racing Cars race.

Gamelati 1000 SS Motorcycle

To get the Gamelati 1000 SS Motorcyle, you simply have to complete all of the road challenges in the Arcade Mode of the game.

Hummer H2

For the Hummer H2, simply win the Saleen Qualification race.

Lamborghini Gallardo

To get the Lamborghini Gallardo, you need to win the Sport Racing Cars race.

Lamborghini Murcielago

In order to unlock the Lamborghini Murcielago, simply win the Ultra Race Cars race.

Morgan Aero 8

To unlock the Morgan Aero 8, you need to win the Mythical Elanor race.

Nissan 360Z

For the Nissan 360 Z, all you need to do is win the Colossus race.

Nissan Skyline GT-R R34

Or, for the Nissan Skyline GT-R R34, simply win the GT Championship race.

Performance Tuning Kit Evo 1

For the Performance Tuning Kit Evo 1, you need to win the Under 500hp race.

Performance Tuning Kit Evo 2

To get the Performance Tuning Kit Evo 2, simply win the Gentlemen Drivers race.

Sports Tuning Kit Evo 1

For the Sports Tuning Kit Evo 1, win the V6 Engine race.

Sports Tuning Kit Evo 2

Or, for the Sports Tuning Kit Evo 2, win the Chevrolet Fighting race.

Gameloft F1

Finally, for the Gameloft F1 vehicle, simply take first place in all 35 Evolution Championships.

Bomberman DS

Special Bombs

My secret allows you to use a special type of bomb within the Battle Mode of the game. In order to use this, you must be playing as a Revenge Bomber.

If, during this mode, you say the phrase "Dangerous Bombs" into the microphone of the DS, your Bomberman will lay one of these bomb types. The dangerous bombs will explode in a 3x3 square shape, taking out anything that dares to step in its fire path.

These bombs can be deadly if used in the right place, but given the large spread of fire they give off, you need to make sure that you're out of their range before they go off.

Vehicle Unlocks

By progressing through the World Tour mode, you can unlock a whole host of cool extra vehicles. Here's how to get your hands on the first batch of extras:
