Barbara is now a full-time writer and has written over a hundred and fifty books for children who are learning to read, as well as novels for older children. She is also a consultant editor for an educational publisher. Louis Fidge is passionate about the importance of quality primary education, and literacy in particular. He has over forty years' experience in primary education, including as a principal of a primary school in the Middle East.
