This two tape audio program demonstrates how the principles of cognitive therapy can be used to effectively treat children and adolescents. Featuring two case presentations, the program provides a direct clinical experience with commentary from the therapists themselves. The cases, one of a child and one of an adolescent, demonstrate how the approach works for problems at different developmental stages. These cassettes will be of use to all clinicians working with children, as well as researchers and students in mental health.
