Ellen Muehlberger is Associate Professor of Christianity in Late Antiquity at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is the author of Angels in Late Ancient Christianity (2013) and has published articles on late ancient topics in journals including the Journal of Early Christian Studies, the Journal for the Study of Judaism in the Persian, Hellenistic, and Roman Periods, Church History, Past and Present and Vigiliae Christianae.
