Sandra L. Braun is an associate professor of public relations at Mount Royal University. Her research interests are PR pedagogy, PR history and PR in the Canadian context. She makes her home in Calgary, Alberta, near the palatial peaks of Canada’s Rocky Mountains. Ella Palin studied history at Durham University, UK. Pursuing a career in academia, her research areas specialise in political intellectual history and long-run economic developments. She has written for a global trade journal looking at current and historical economic and political developments. Hannah Farrow studied history at Durham University, UK, with specific interests in North American and intellectual history, particularly regarding the development of scientific thought and how this informed the construction of modern society. Her professional interest is risk and compliance which she will pursue in her graduate Public Sector Assurance role whilst studying for the level 7 Chartered Accountancy qualification.
