Stephen Burns is Professor of Liturgical and Practical Theology at Pilgrim Theological College, University of Divinity, in Melbourne, Australia. He has taught in seminaries and universities in the UK, USA and Australia. James Tengatenga is Distinguished Professor of Global Anglicanism at the School of Theology, University of the South, near Chatanooga, Tennessee, USA. The previous Chair of the Anglican Consultative Council for the worldwide Anglican Communion, he is also a former bishop of Southern Malawi. Hes is a past recipient of the Archbishop of Canterbury’s Cross of St Augustine, the second highest international award for services to Anglicanism.
