Although it can minister to any young christian, this book is specifically graced for current or potential young leaders with a charge to guide others in their generation. By examining the life events of Joshua and sharing her personal testimony, Ayeisha Kirkland (a young christian leader herself) ministers to young leaders about keys or methods they must observe to unlock their anointing. Kirkland also warns of potential obstacles young leaders may experience along the way, so they can have an idea of what to expect. Kirkland serves as an example that readers can look towards in order to navigate their unlocking process successfully.
