Humza Khan is an accredited psychotherapist (BABCP) who works within primary adult care mental health in the NHS. He graduated from the Kings College London University and Royal Holloway University, specialising in cognitive behavioural psychology, and delivering evidence-based treatment. He also works as a teacher and guest lecturer at world famous institutions across the UK, such as the University College London and the University of Exeter. He has a strong interest in mental health and is experienced in working on a broad range of presentation and difficulties, such as depression and anxiety based disorders. He has a passion for using an integrated framework and the third-wave approaches of CFT (compassion focused therapy), ACT (acceptance and commitment), and Mindfulness, as well as including the application of faith. Humza was born in London to Pakistani parents, as a second-generation migrant.
