Miriam?Liss,?professor?of?psychological?science?at?the?University?of?Mary?Washington,?is?a?clinical?psychologist?who?has?been?recognized?for?both?her?teaching?and?her?research.?She?received?the?State?Council?for?Higher?Education?for?Virginia?(SCHEV)?Outstanding?Faculty?Award?in?2015.?She?has?published?widely?in?an?extensive?range?of?fields?within?the?psychology?of?women,?including?feminist?identity,?the?objectification?and?sexualization?of?women,?the?division?of?labor,?and?motherhood.?She?is?co-author?of?Balancing?the?Big?Stuff:?Finding?Happiness?in?Work,?Family,?and?Life. Kate?Richmond, associate?professor?of?psychology?and?the?director?of?women’s?and?gender?studies?at Muhlenberg?College,?is?a?clinical?psychologist.?She?has?published?widely?in?the?areas?of?multicultural?psychology,?men?and?masculinity,?transgender?health,?feminism,?and?trauma.?She?has?received?multiple?awards?for?excellence?in?teaching,?including?the?Paul?C.?Empire?Memorial?Award?for?Excellence?in?Teaching,?and?has?given?talks?both?nationally?and?internationally.?In?addition?to?teaching,?she?maintains?a?private?practice?in?which?she?specializes?in?the?treatment?of?trauma?and?concerns?related to?gender. Mindy?J.?Erchull,?professor?of?psychological?science?at?the?University?of?Mary?Washington,?is?a?social?psychologist?and?a Fellow?of?both?the?American?Psychological?Association?(APA)?and?the?Association?for?Psychological?Science.?She?has?been?recognized?as?an?emerging?leader?for?women?in?psychology?by?the?Committee?for?Women?in?Psychology?of?the?APA.?She has?also?been?recognized?as?an?outstanding?teacher?though?her?receipt?of?the?Mary?Roth?Walsh?Teaching?the?Psychology?of Women?Award?from?the?Society?for?the?Psychology?of?Women.?She?has?published?widely?under?the?umbrella?of?the?psychology?of?women?and?gender?with?work?addressing?feminist?identity,?the?objectification?and?sexualization?of?women,?division?of labor?and?parenting,?and?menstruation?and?other?women’s?health?issues.
